ok..how about less sugar? Sugar is super glue (notice I didn’t say Elmer’s) to fat. It is scientifically researched and known to cause cancer and other disease. We do not NEED sugar, it is a habit, not a need so let’s work on our better this day and try to consume less! Today-try less processed sugar! Read your labels-see where it’s hiding and eliminate it…or cut down! Try a veggie juice!
