That’s right! It’s time to cut unnecessary calories and get ready for summer! The best way to reduce calories is to NOT add the fat and sodium loaded in dressing! Try a variety of your favorite fruit and veggie flavors in your salad and you won’t miss the dressing!

Day 14-NATURAL SUGAR!

 That’s fruit,  organic honey, agave, yes but some veggies have less sugar than fruit! You do your own research and find more! Your better depends on your commitment to finding the knowledge and applying it in your life! Focus this day on natural sweeteners-all in an effort to reduce our process intake!

AFTER THANKSGIVING TREATS!!!

Here’s a great left over turkey recipe-low fat, soothing and yummy!!

Ingredients

corn

Turkey pieces (white and dark meat)

black beans

diced tomato

diced red potato

fresh rosemary

slowly boil all until potatoes are soft! Enjoy!

YUMMY LIVE ENZYMES-Peach SALAD!!

TRY THIS salad for a no processed treat!!

1/2 fresh Peach

2 lettuces of choice

Feta cheese (optional)

5 raw nuts

1/2 lemon

1/2 orange

black pepper

garlic

Simply top your fav mix of 2-3 raw lettuce leaves or veggies (I mixed butter lettuce and Spinach) with crumbled feta cheese, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, orange juice, finely chopped raw nut of choice and sliced peaches!!  YUMMY!!

Nutritional-try this meal plan!!

8a- 3T (measured dry) oatmeal 5 chopped raw nuts

9a-3 hard boiled egg whites, or omelet with spinach

11a-8 oz. protein smoothie w/water/our Healthy Whey protein powder or AKEA Essentials,

1p-our lentil or black eyed pea salad, grilled chicken fish or tofu, add 1c. brown rice or couscous

3p-repeat a protein shake

5p-Grilled protein of choice and 1 veggie, or a peach salad (see NUTRITION).

7p repeat 5p meal or do an 8oz protein shake-NO FRUIT.

 

APPLE WALNUT SALAD

2 fresh apple

4 raw walnuts

1c. broccoli

6 peeled orange slices

1/4 red onion

finely chop or cube all ingredients. Combine all ingredients.  Try NO salad dressing to reduce processed intake!
