A New Way To Do Cardio BIKE SPRINTS... 
Break your cardio-workout into more difficult sections for less time. 
Spring is a great time to really get your workout into a post winter gear! Best way to do that is to GET OFF THE MACHINES!! 
1. Instead of doing the same range of motion when you use weights, shorten your range of motion. Starting from the base of your flex to the top of your flex, which shouldn’t be a very large range of motion. Just find your base and top of your flex, every movement and that is your new range of motion. Also I'm new to the elliptical machine. 
Stretch 15 minutes more than usual.
