MY exercise this week is this stairway in Monte Carlo!! YUP, I'm livin in THE AJ ZONE, even in the French Riviera!!

 
A.J.'s FAB 15!!

This week-split your workout into all things 15- but 3 sets of 15!

Squats-do 15 low per leg (knee to the ground)!

Elliptical-15 calories in 1:30, 3 times or jog 15 seconds at the park!

Bicep curls-curl high, low then full range 3 sets of 15!

whatever your routine-do a FAB 15!!

 
LET THE MUSIC MOVE YOU!!

DANCE, DANCE, DANCE and burn the calories!!

Dancing can burn 100 or more calories. This week, find your groove and DANCE!!
