It’s time Zoners!!! Remember our cleanout13 as we started our new year? Well it’s easy to accumulate junk that blocks our better in the winter months, so let’s clean out!! DAY 7-On our last day of our Spring cleaning-let’s clean out our mouth! Our words carry so much power that every negative thing you say weights you down-see, it’s not always food that makes you heavy!! Today, clean out your word choices-trade the negative for the positive!!! Ask your friends to keep you accountable!
also day 7 helps us clean the less than fresh food spaces we use-clean out the freezer and pantry. Commit to NOT stocking either space!
DAY 6-Today-it’s a holiday so more time to focus on your clean out!! Is it your closet, a drawer in the house, you held onto to things during our New year clean out thinking you needed them and STlLL have not….CLEAN OUT!!!
Today-pay attention to your serving sizes. Read your labels, if you’re eating out, know that most restaurants serve 2-4 servings per order-even a salad should be correct portions. Eat half and take the rest home for later!! CLEAN OUT the habit of over eating!
DAY 5-Cleanout elements of your food! They say you are what you eat so…are you heavy empty carbs or fresh and nourishing? Pay attention-lessen the unnecessary empty calories you eat and drink!? It’s also time to move! let’s add a little speed to our walk, jog, whatever you do do it a little faster to help yourself spring into Spring!!
DAY 4-Clean out the sodium! If bad skin, dry hair, high blood pressure, fatigue are your symptoms, better is yours with less sodium! Try no more than 500mgs per day! Yup-I know-even if you’re not adding it to your food, it’s in EVERYTHING-it’s a preservative!! Now that you’re more aware, try to clean out by reducing your intake!

NO PROCESSED BEVERAGES TODAY! Soda, bottled juices, flavored waters-check the ingredients! If you see added cals&chems they are responsible for 5-10lbs of not so sexy weight on you and can lead to allergies and illness! Remember-processed does not process!!
Clean out whatever you carry when you leave the house-purses, gym bags, wallets, briefcases! The receipts, old business cards things to do lists-check them, file them but stop carrying the elements of 3 months of yesterdays that are not elements of positivity in your today! Make room for the new! GO!
NO bread!! Bread is a habit not a need-it’s empty calories, and empty calories just store on the body-we call that unwanted weight! Break the habit that helps you gain the back fat, muffin top, love handles and bellies!! NO BREAD TODAY! Try a fresh fruit/protein smoothie to help break the bread habit!
Check your phone, Face book, email, twitter, Instagram-Clean out the contacts that you have dealt with one time or less since Jan 1, 2013! Our clean out is about making room for the blessings that are on their way! GO!! #Springcleanout13
Fat does not just come from food! Life is filled with things that can weight you down, so today-choose to clean out! Choose to trim the fat by trimming those negative non uplifting people places and things out of your life!
Today-try to reduce your processed sugar intake! Don’t believe me, I want you to do your own research-simply Google “negative effects of sugar” and see what YOU find! Best tip is to slowly lessen your intake. Because processed sugar is man made, processed in a lab, it contains addicting ingredients so your addiction is real and we have to slowly put you in rehab! Try eating a piece of fresh fruit when you crave sugar.
Today-remove just 1 person, place or thing from your life priority. There is someone or thing in your life that is not positive in your life. You’ve given them a front row and they shouldn’t even be in the theater. Take care of you and Spring clean!! #Springcleanout13
